Tongues have been wagging since Olamide dropped the visuals to the monster collaboration he did with Wizkid "Kana", The song which has enjoyed heavy rotation since it was released has quickly become fan 's favorite and the video was heavily anticipated but much to the surprise of everyone, Wizkid failed to appear in the official video released via Olamide's vevo page 3 days ago, Fans went berserk, what could have prevented Wizkid from appearing in the "Kana" video, Did they fight? How can Wizkid not "Come Closer" like Drake did to him? Is he getting too big and proud? was he too busy? Did Olamide rush the video? whats going on?

Well, Backstory.ng learnt that there are a couple of issues that prevented Wiz from appearing in the "Kana" video, the core of it is the Visa issue he is currently having with The United States Embassy, the "Kana" video was shot in the United States by Sesan and Wizkid is yet to renew his visa.
But why was Wizkid's part not shot somewhere in Nigeria or the UK where he was working at the time?

Our sources say they might be some contractual issues as to the publishing agreement of the song, The song is licensed to the Orchard Music Group who is marketing and distributing it in the States, The song was previously exclusively released to apple music via the beats1 Ebro show on May 1st ahead of its official release on May 4th 2018. However Wizkid and Olamide are still very cool and this has not affected their relationship in any way, but it sure seems like the song will suffer from Wizkid not appearing in the video.
